circa 1940, with straight double-edged 9 3/4in. blade with squared ricasso, plated cross-guard with rectangular form eagle, swastika and Red Cross device to an oval panel to the front with plain oval panel to reverse, dark orange celluloid grip and plated flared pommel, complete with its plated metal scabbard with pebbled finish and period bullion portapee knot
