early 19th century, with iron 9 1/2in. barrels, moulded sighting ribs and arabesques at breeches, curved, heavily radiused locks with moulded borders, swan-necked cocks, broad frizzen-springs with shaped bridles, walnut full-stocks covered in sheet metal and applied filigree wire scrolls, the back of wrists with wire florets featuring central pink coral beads (two replaced on one pistol), swollen pommels, engraved white metal trigger guards, one pistol with a dummy ramrod and en-suite nose-cap with red coral bead fore-sight, the other with these pieces absent, both actions slightly at fault
