circa 1860, with octagonal 5 7/8in. barrel, dove-tailed fore-sight, borderline engraved solid top-strap signed 'ROBERT ADAMS 76 KING WILLIAM STREET LONDON E.C.', standing notch rear-sight, borderline engraved solid frame, plain five-shot cylinder, chequered semi saw-handled walnut grip and guarded trigger, traces of original blued finish in sheltered areas
