A 9mm (PARA) SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOL MODEL 'P08 LANGE' or 'ARTILLERY LUGER', serial no. 1836, WITH STOCKBOARD & HOLSTER,
the pistol dated for 1917, with 8in. barrel, dove-tailed fore-sight blade, elevating rear-sight, the top of breech bearing date, the top of toggle with maker's monogram, blued receiver and frame, chequered walnut grips and period wood-based magazine (base repaired), all matching numbers except magazine and including a period Imperial marked stockboard numbered '2172', and a period leather holster complete with original loading tool and cleaning rod (missing straps, lifter tab loose)
