for 1901/02, with round tapering 4 1/2in. barrel signed in two lines, crescent fore-sight, sighting groove to the top-strap, blued and fluted cylinder, iron frame with loading gate, under-barrel ejector-rod, blued grip-straps and trigger-guard, replacement chequered plastic grips embossed with the Colt trademark, traces of probable original finish
