24in. nitro reproved barrel, (likely conversion from from .375 rimless 2 1/4in.) engraved HOLLAND & HOLLAND. 98. NEW BOND STREET, LONDON.', open sights and two folding leaf sights with white metal inlaid sight lines and marked for 100, 200 and 300 yards, ramp-mounted bead foresight with locking folding protector, intermediate receiver (with thumb cutout) with quickly-detachable telescopic sight mount bases, matt-top receiver ring, the knox form engraved 'H&H / 375 RIMLESS CARTRIDGE' and with a fleur de lys, the bolt mounted with an adjustable peep sight, detachable floorplate with lever release, figured pistolgrip stock with colour-hardened steel pistolgrip-cap (with trap) sling eyes, fore-end with horn finial, 14 3/4in. pull including horn buttplate (repair at toe), weight 8lb. 6oz., in its leather take-down case
